How To order:
1.0 Firstly, please tell us the quantities and varieties
you want to order, and the name, phone and address
of consignee.
2.0 Then, we will offer you the CIF price and the
total cost according to your information of the
number ordered and your address.
3.0 If you agree the price and other items we offered,
we will send you our bank information and the copy
of Proforma invoice (sales, INVOICE, PACKING LIST)
by email.
4.0 we accept T/T PAYMENT .L/C PAYMENT and Western
Union money transfer.
5.0 Once we receive your payment, we will promptly
arrange for shipping to you in accordance with the
time required by the customer.
6.0 After delivery, we will send several important
documents to customers (including sales confirmation,
PACKING LIST, INVOICE,
phytosanitary certificate, airway bill or Seaway
bill), and also inform the customers the exact time
of the goods arrive at the airport or port.
7.0 If you order the large number of roses, we suggest
that you personally come to our company to conduct
site visits and negotiations.
After-sales Service
We have many years of experience in the planting
of roses, I will send a document "how to
plant roses" with photo to the customers.
For the Customers, you'd better to tell us the
climate of your local city and conditions of your
plantations. you can send me the photo of your
plantation for our reference.
During your rose planting, if you have any question,
please send us
the email with photo ,we will answer in time in
detail.
